Troubled with constipation?

You can use a warm soap suds enema twice a week, and then a coffee retention enema once a week.
The bowels should start moving on their own in a short period of time, and the colon will be clean.

Soap was and still is the most popular additive used in enemas. It can produce strong Piers thesis in the colon
Enema Recipe:

¼  to 2 oz. of mild  Castile soap depending on how strong you want the solution to be. 2 oz. makes a very strong enema solution
2 qts. of warm filtered water
Temperature 103º Fahrenheit


Caution: Never use dish washing detergent or laundry detergent for enemas.
These can be very harmful and damaging to the delicate intestinal lining.
