 Enema Recipe:

Mix 16 oz. of warm Vegetable Oil
1 quart of warm filtered water. Mix Well
Temperature 103°Fahrenheit

Directions for Administering an Enema

Oil may also be taken orally as a lubricant laxative  You will need to drink 4 or 6 oz. when taken orally you can also drink a glass of grapefruit or lemon juice after the oil to help relieve the oil aftertaste.


A better way to take this enema!
Take an 8oz. bulb syringe and fill it with warm of Vegetable Oil.
Oil temperature should be approximately 103°Fahrenheit
Now take the 8 oz. bulb syringe with the Vegetable Oil and inject it into the rectum.
Next  take a 2 qt. warm filtered water as you normally would as per Directions for Administering an Enema.

You may need to take a soap suds enema or two after your oil enema to finish removing the oil and remember to use a warm water rinse enema to remove the soap.

 Remember to Thoroughly Wash Your Equipment after Use
