Instructions on How to use an Enema
First thing you should do is set up a comfortable warm area for your procedure.
For the best results, and your own comfort, the enema should be taken while lying down.
With an enema bag,
you can easily use supplements like Extra
Virgin Olive Oil , Organic
Aloe Vera Juice, MSM,
probiotics,Certified organic enema coffee, etc. Many health conscious people see a
lot of benefits in using these and other supplements regularly with filtered
water.
Directions:
First thing add solution to enema bag, mixing with
warm filtered
water to achieve the amount required. (See recipes.)
Hang or suspend enema device about 18 in. to 3 ft.
above rectum. A good
tool for this is the IV
Stand for Enemas
If you wish better flow control of the enema solution a ramp
clamp is a good option. Remove air from tubing.
Insert nozzle/rectal
tube tip into anus,
using lubricant (Super
Salve Surgilube
Vaseline
13oz.) as required.
The Knee-chest
position with chest against floor and rectum higher than head is a best position to
start an enema.
After about one third of the bag is injected, you can switch to the right side position
this allows a complete filling of the colon.
Inject solution into rectum slowly, approximately one cup per minute (8oz.) and take
as much as possible , stop or slow the flow for a few seconds if cramping occurs.
You can refill bag if needed so you can slightly distend the colon or until it becomes
very uncomfortable to take any more solution.
Massage abdomen in counter-clockwise direction this will help the solution higher into the
colon.
When the enema bag is empty or no more fluid can be taken remove nozzle/rectal tube, if
you have trouble retaining the solution you might want to try a retention nozzle.
Although some people prefer to use a retention
plug after they received their enema solution and removed the nozzle.
At this point, either massage your colon from left to right, descending colon to
ascending colon, in small circular motions and/or lift your buttocks off the ground with
your legs to further move the liquid into your colon.
Try to retain the enema for about 5 to 10 minutes. Evacuate whenever you feel an urgent
need to do so.
Then you can move to the toilet and release the
enema.
Repeat this process until you can accept a full 2 qt. bag of
solution or more during one injection. |
Isn't it remarkable about the word,
'ENEMA'.
It startles.
It shocks.
It alerts.
It commands attention.
It has a profound physiological effect and psychological impact.
Few people can say the word without embarrassment.
But an Enema is like taking a shower or bath only on the inside.
It was nothing to see an enema bag hanging behind the bathroom door,
or behind the closet door in the 50's & 60's and even into the 70's.
It was common place, and even talked about around the neighborhood, between moms.
WHERE HAS THE BAG GONE? Many famous people like Princes Diana used colonics, May West ,
many other actors, and today many athletes before there performances take an enema.
This is no different than brushing teeth, swallowing pills, washing hair.
YET Where Has The Bag Gone ?
Would you feel funny leaving it out behind the bathroom door if friends came over ? Or
leaving an Enema Can on the counter top, with the hose over the tub ?
Why do we feel shy about this ?
Many of us realize, that the enema is a great healing tool!
And most of us know the enema does not hurt, in fact it can feel good, can and does help
in stress reduction. It's like an internal massage and shower which helps release
natural endorphins etc, it also relaxes the mind & body which we all need today.
The ones of us who use colonics and enemas know how great we feel afterwards, then why are
we so shy about this very healthy procedure ?
I say!!!!! " Ban The Stress / The Poor Health / and Bring Back "THE BATHROOM
HOOKS" " Hang Your Bags Proud" & tell someone why you do this healing
