This should be a warm enema. 105° Fahrenheit.
By adding sea salt to the water solution you reduced the transfer of water into and out of the colon. This prevents filling your kidneys and bladder with water. It will eliminate the frequent trips needed to urinate when receiving enemas.
 

Enema Recipe 1:

1 tablespoon of sea salt per quart of water
2 qts. warm filtered water

Temperature 105° Fahrenheit

Directions for Administering an Enema

Enema Recipe 2:
 
This enema you use only 8 to 16oz. of solution.  It is used for softening feces.

Mix 1 tsp. of Celtic sea salt, with 16 oz. of water.
Most people use a bulb syringe or a see-through enema bag

 Remember to Thoroughly Wash Your Equipment after Use
