Enema Positions






There are many positions in which to give or receive
an enema.
Several choices as far as positions that can be used for
administering an enema.
You need to experiment with these positions to find the one most comfortable for you
- The Left Side Position:
Lie on your left side. Bend your right leg (upper leg) toward your chest. Keep your left
leg straight. This position should be reasonably comfortable while giving good access to
your anus.
- The Right Side Position:
Lie on your right side. Bend your left leg (upper leg) toward your chest. Keep your right
leg straight. This position should be reasonably comfortable while giving good access to
your anus
- Knee Chest Position:
Get on your elbows and knees with your head down and you buttocks in the air. Place your
chest to the floor. This position gives administrator clear access to your anus. This
position may be familiar to anyone that as had experience with anal sex.
- On your back: Lie
on your back with your knees bent. Your knees should be separated as far as possible You
can hold your knees with your hands. This allows easy access to your anus .
- On Your Tummy
Some people like to receive an enema while lying on their stomach.
As the enema progresses it becomes more difficult to hold because of the pressure.
- Over The Knee:
Some people like to receive an enema in the over the knee position. You lie across the
administrators lap. This position may put pressure on your tummy so you might want to put
your tummy between the administrators legs.
- Sitting on the toilet
: It is possible to receive an enema while seated on the toilet, however in this position
gravity forces the solution downward making you want to expel. It becomes quite difficult
holding an enema while seated on the toilet.
