I like to use this enema protocol at least once a week! It will
accomplish two things, one it is a coffee retention enema and the other is a large
volume cleansing enema.
If you want you can use this protocol as often as you feel the need to.
Most enemas are done laying
down on the left side or in the knee
chest position. With this protocol you sit on the toilet seat lid.
By using a rectal or colon tube which is not uncomfortable when sitting on the toilet seat
lid when the tube is in place.
When sitting on the lid the colon tube is placed between your legs so as not to restrict
the flow of liquid.
I use a silicone
rectal retention catheter 5/16 in.x 16.in.with a 30cc balloon.
By sitting on a toilet seat you can accomplish two things, first it helps to keep the
nozzle/or rectal tube in place, and second helps to retain the solution by putting presure
against the anus.
(The best coffee to use is made for "enema coffee")
"I also found it can be quite good to drink" before you use it as an enema"
(lol)".
You can get some excellent enema coffee at either place below both have great enema

I also use a Wells Step during evacuation. I made my own out of wood but you can
buy one easier in less you are into woodwork.
It places your feet about 8 in. off of the floor, which puts you in a squatting position
when sitting on the toilet. Actually it makes the evacuation quite comfortable.
Equipment and Ingredients:
2 qt. or larger enema bag (I prefer a clear see-through bag, a 2500ml.
disposable bag works excellent) or a 4qt. silicone bag.
A Rectal or Colon tube. (You can use a regular enema nozzle but it can be uncomfortable.)
I found the silicone
rectal retention catheter ( #529) works the best. I normally do not inflate the
balloon. I use it as a small catheter.
Adjustable flow control tubing clamp. the slide clamp that comes with the 2500cc bag works
pretty good.
1 qt. container (I use a 1 Liter plastic water bottle for the coffee)
2 qt. container (for extra water)
2 Vitamin B complex tablets
A good Lubricant. ( I like to use Super Salve or Vaseline.) you can use olive oil or most
any vegetable oil.
8ozs.to 16ozs. Brewed Coffee (I use 6 tbsp.of fresh ground coffee for a 12 cup pot)

Therapy Blend enema coffee
I use this protocol first thing in the morning when I get up. I have discovered that
starting the day with a clean colon and a coffee enema gives me vitality throughout the
day.
I like to add acouple of vitamin B complex tablets because the colon produces vitamin B an
enema will reduce the amount of vitamin B in your colon.
Directions:
8 oz. to 16ozs. of brewed coffee in the 1 qt. container, depending on how strong you want
the solution, add two vitamin B complex tablets. Stir until tablets are dissolved.
Add filtered water until container is full adjusting for temperature. Temperatures should
be about 100°F. Pour contents of 1
qt.container into the enema bag make sure hose clamp is closed. Suspend enema bag so the
bottom of the bag is 18 to 24
in. above rectum when seated on the toilet seat lid.
Hold rectal tube over toilet and expel air from the tubing close clamp.
Lubricate anus and rectal tube and insert into rectum 3 to 6 in.or as far as is
comfortable for you. Next carefully sit down on the toilet seat lid making sure tubing is
between your legs. Now open the tubing clamp slightly for a slow liquid flow.
Approximately 4 to 8 oz. per minute. You can stop and start the liquid flow according to
your comfort. It should take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to inject the 1 qt. of
solution.
At this time you can either remove the colon tube or leave it in position. (Do Not
Expel)
After you have injected the 1 qt. of solution you need to hold the coffee for 12 to 15
minutes.
I will sometimes hold it for 30 to 45 minutes.
During the time that I am holding the coffee solution I will add 1.5 quarts of warm
filtered water to the empty enema bag.
Or you can use cold water for the additional water. Cold water 75º to 80º Fahrenheit will cause peristalsis which can
help with evacuation.
After you have held the coffee solution for 12 to 15 minutes. (Do Not Expel)
Then reinsert colon tube if you have removed it and start the flow of water.
You can do this at a faster flow rate if you wish to. Take as much of the 1.5 quarts as
possible. At the end of this it would be total of 2.5 quarts of liquid. Now remove the
colon tube. Now you can open the toilet seat lid and
sit down and expel the contents.
If you have a Welles Step now is the time to have it in position to use. Relax and
try not to bear down or push too much.
Just allow the colon naturally to push the coffee solution out normally.
Sometimes I will also take a 2½ to 3½ quart cool (85º to
90º Fahrenheit) water enema after evacuating the coffee enema to help
with peristalsis. I generally take this enema lying down the normal left side
position This insurers a thorough cleaning of the large intestine
When bag is empty or no more fluid can be injected remove
nozzle/rectal tube. If you have trouble retaining the nozzle you might want to try a retention
nozzle if you are having trouble retaining the solution or both.
Some people prefer to use a retention plug
after they received their enema solution and removed the nozzle/rectal tube.
Lie in each position for a few minutes, while massaging abdomen Enema Positions
Now you can open the seat and release the
solution.
Wash and sanitize Enema
Equipment after use.
Enjoy your enema play!
