Enemas are NOT  dirty, weird, or dangerous !

Their are several positions for administering or receiving enemas. (Enema Positions)

Peppermint Oil Enema Recipe:

1 tsp. of peppermint oil
2 qts. of warm filtered water.
Mix Well
Temperature 103° Fahrenheit

Directions for Administering an Enema
In your first enema, fill your bag with 1-3 quarts of warm water. Add 1/4 tsp. of Peppermint essential oil to each quart of water. The Peppermint essential oil promotes mild peristalsis in the colon and is used in water to clean out the colon. Peppermint is a much healthier alternative than soap. Use this one to two times in a row.
(A special note: I would recommend in your second or third enema that you use Optimal Health Network Coffee for Enemas for additional therapeutic benefit. Use 1 tablespoon to one cup of brewed coffee in 1 quart of water. Try to hold for 15 minutes.

Take entire 1qt. in the enema bag into your colon.   Some people can hold this 30 to 45 minutes.
If you're having trouble holding the solution try using a rectal retention plug.

Next move to the toilet to expel your enema.

When expelling the enema:
Massage abdomen in a clockwise direction this will help move the solution back toward the rectum and anus.

Massaging the abdomen while expelling the enema helps move the solution and feces toward the rectum and out the
anus.

The best position for expelling your enema is squatting over the toilet. The squatting position puts pressure on your abdomen from your thighs.
In many countries, toilets are made so that people squat when they move their bowels. The Welles Step positions your body so that you are squatting when you sit on the toilet. Squatting,  supports the abdominal wall and the bowel as we bear down, brings about an easier bowel evacuation. In this way, people who use the Welles Step tend to have fewer hemorrhoids, hernias, anal fissures, varicose veins and use less laxatives. It fits under the toilet when not in use.

Welles Step to squat down over the toilet to release your enema

It is best if you place a Welles Step  and then squat down over the toilet to release your enema
