Enema Recipe:

Found in a old Nursing Textbook. Depending on the volume of the enema take Two of handfuls of oatmeal and pour  8 oz of Olive Oil over it. Let it soak for 30 mins to an hour. Add 2-3 quarts of warm filtered water and bring it to a boil stirring frequently.
Strain the mixture through a sieve. This is to filter out any lumps of oatmeal and leave a smooth thickish liquid . If  administering this as a disciplinary enema add some grated ivory soap.
Enema bag tubing should be at least 3/8 to 1/2 inch inside diameter, hang enema bag high thicker solutions will flow more slowly.

Make sure that the solution has cooled to 103 Fahrenheit.
