Oil Enema

Many people find it difficult to retain an Oil Enema for more than several minutes. If the bowel is not clean, then the peristaltic action of the colon will push against the fecal masses and produce intense pressure. This will frequently happen with your first Oil Enema in a series. Not much to do but expel and try again.

Enema Recipe:

Mix 16 oz. of warm mineral oil, vegetable oil, olive oil
1½  quarts of warm filtered water.  You will to mix occasionally to keep the mixture from separating.
Temperature 103°Fahrenheit

Directions for Administering an Enema
 

 A to better way of taking a mineral oil enema.

Fill enema bag with warm filtered water.
Use an 8 oz. bulb syringe and fill it with warm of mineral oil.
Oil temperature should be approximately 103°Fahrenheit

Now take the 8 oz. bulb syringe with the warm mineral oil and inject it into the rectum.

Next take the enema from your enema bag as you normally would as per Directions for Administering an Enema.

You can refill the enema bag with warm water if necessary to insure the colon is completely full.

You will need to take a couple of 2 qt. soap suds enemas to wash the oil out of your colon.
Otherwise you can leak oil for hours.

Oil Retention Enema

Bulb or Ball syringes are normally used for small volume enemas but you can use a vinyl enema bag. Then fill only the rectum and sigmoid colon with enema solution. The syringe is filled by squeezing the air out of the bulb, placing the tip of the bulb syringe into the water or solution, and releasing the bulb which creates suction to fill the bulb syringe with the liquid. Fill the vinyl bag with the amount of solution you have decided on.

Using a bulb syringe or vinyl enema bag fill it with warm oil of choice.
mineral oil, flax seed oil, extra-virgin olive oil, Organic Virgin Coconut Oil vegetable oil any of these will work well for softening stool and lubricating the rectal canal .
Oil temperature should be approximately 103°Fahrenheit

Now take the bulb syringe or bag with the warm oil and inject it into the rectum.
Hold the oil in your rectum for 30 minutes to an hour to help soften the feces.

Next take the enema from your enema bag as you normally would as per above.

You can refill the enema bag with warm water if necessary to insure the colon is completely full.

You will need to take a couple of Large Volume    soap suds enemas to wash the last of the oil out of your colon.
Otherwise you can leak oil for a longtime.
