MSM Enema Recipe

MSM (Methylsulfonyl-methane) is a metabolite of DMSO and is a natural organic sulfur. MSM is a safe, effective solution for arthritis, acne, allergies, constipation, muscle pain, fibromyalgia, tendonitis, skin conditions, heart disease, carpal tunnel syndrome, TMJ, post-traumatic pain. It is used as part of a colon healing implant along with aloe Vera and olive oil.

Enema Recipe:
4 to 8 MSM capsules, empty contents of capsules into warm filtered water.
2 quarts warm filtered water ( Mix well )

Temperature 103° Fahrenheit
