Never inject anything into your colon hotter than 115º Fahrenheit.

Here is a good enema for colonic cleansing. The salt is good to reduce water absorption to a minimum and the oil is good for lubrication, softening and the glycerine is good for intestinal tract stimulation.

Enema Recipe:

1 1 quart of warm filtered water
2 tablespoons of sea salt
4oz. of mineral oil
4oz. of glycerine.
It is a bit difficult keeping the solution mixed as the oil has a tendency to float to the surface.
Temperature 103º Fahrenheit
