Do not use if you are lactose intolerant.
Never inject anything into your colon hotter than 115 Fahrenheit.

Honey helps with irritable bowels.  Remember that 103 Fahrenheit is a good temperature (that is about 39.5 Celsius).

Enema Recipe:

1 1/2 quarts of warm water
16 oz. of warm milk
8 oz. of honey 

To get the temperature right, warm the milk in the microwave or on the stove, add the honey  to the bag.
Next, add the water to the bag adjusting the temperature as you go.

Effects:
Mild to heavy cramping. due to gas build up. The longer this solution is left in the colon more gas is produced.


Caution:
As with any enema in which a food product is used they tend to produce a tremendous amount of gas in the intestinal tract.
