Do not use if you are lactose intolerant.
Never inject anything into your colon hotter than 115º Fahrenheit.

This enema solution will cause mild cramping.

Enema Recipe:

1 1/2 quarts of warm filtered water
16 oz. of warm milk

Temperature 103º Fahrenheit

Directions for Administering an Enema

To get the temperature right, warm the milk in the microwave or on the stove. Next, add the water to the bag adjusting the temperature as you go. MIX well

Effects:
Minor too heavy cramping due to gas build up.

Never inject anything into your colon hotter than 115º Fahrenheit.

Caution:
As with any enema in which a food product is used they tend to produce a tremendous amount of gas in the intestinal tract.

 


Adding 8oz.of honey to this solution makes the "milk and honey" enema recipe.

Remember to Thoroughly Wash Your Equipment after Use
