Next, add the water to the bag adjusting the temperature as you go. MIX well Effects: Minor too heavy cramping due to gas build up. Never inject anything into your colon hotter than 115º Fahrenheit. Caution: As with any enema in which a food product is used they tend to produce a tremendous amount of gas in the intestinal tract.
