This is one of the best positions for taking or receiving an enema.

However this position is somewhat embarrassing because of the exposure of the genitals.
If you can overcome this initial embarrassment. You should have a satisfying experience.

Knee Chest Enema Position

This position allows the enema solution to easily flow downhill into the transverse colon.
Use this position for the first one third of your enema and then move too the right side enema position for the rest of the enema solution.
These two positions will allow you to accept the maximum amount of solution that you need for a complete a high enema.
