    Implants are a great way to help the body after a cleansing enema. Depending on what are you trying to achieve they can be refreshing, stimulating, calming, cleansing etc. They are also great if you can't take food/supplements orally because they make you noxious or if you can't take food because of injury.

The following recipes can be used for a retention enema (holding 16 ounces to1 quart) for up to 45 minutes to 3 hours, in this time some of it will be absorbed.

Or it is prepared for an implant (4ozs. to 8ozs.) which stays in over night and is absorbed through the colon wall.

You can use many more herbs that are listed in the enema recipes section.. Just follow the general guidelines for making up implants from other herbs.

Guidelines for mixing Implant enema recipes:

Implants should be given at body temperature or a little higher(98.6F to 105F)
Extracts:   Use 1 capful extract to 1 quart water ( mix well )
Dried Herbs: 1 handful to 1 quarts water. Bring water to a boil then reduce heat, add herb, simmer 20 to 30 minutes. strain and add to enema water.
Green Herbs: 5 handfuls to 1 quarts water. Bring water to a boil then reduce heat, add herb, simmer 10 to 20 minutes. strain and add to enema water.

Enemas are a gentle, safe and intelligent way to assist your colon to function properly.
You should Never feel embarrassed or humiliated  about the need to use an Enema.
Feel proud that you give yourself permission to care for your body.
