Using green tea in an enema has the benefit getting the antioxidants almost immediately into the bloodstream.
 

Enema Recipe:
Boil a pint of filtered water. Just before boiling point is reached, discontinue heating and immediately add 2 tablespoons of the green tea leaves. Cover the lid and allow to steep for several minutes.
Strain and allow to cool to a Temperature of 103 Fahrenheit
