This is a cool water enema " 80º to 85ºFahrenheit". Dehydration enema recipe for rehydrating the body via the rectum and colon.
The temperature of the solution will cause peristalsis in the colon.


Good for reducing fever, better yet for reducing fever is the catnip tea enema.

 

Enema Recipe:
2 qts. cool filtered water
 3 tbsp. of Electrolyte powder or 8oz. Gatorade per quart of water.
Temperature 80º to 85º Fahrenheit


 

Directions for Administering an Enema

By adding Celtic Sea Salt to the water solution you decrease the transfer of water into the colon. This helps prevent filling your kidneys and bladder with water. It will help eliminate the frequent trips needed to urinate after receiving an enema.
