| An enema series is where several enemas are taken or given in succession. The way to experience an enema series is for you to take a 2 to 3 quart warm water enema (alternate enema) hold it until the urge to expel is almost overwhelming. Then move to the toilet and release the solution. The soap solution is only used for the first enema. Then use warm water enemas for the repeat procedure. Use the warm water enemas three or four times or until the expulsion return is clear. Many people may take a 15 to 30 minute rest period in between injections. Also many people take them while seated on the toilet. Which allows them to expel immediately after the fill. |
