| This should be a warm enema. 105° Fahrenheit. By adding sea salt to the water solution you reduced the transfer of water into and out of the colon. This prevents filling your kidneys and bladder with water. It will eliminate the frequent trips needed to urinate when receiving enemas. Enema Recipe: 1 tablespoon of sea
salt per quart of water Temperature 105° Fahrenheit
Add solution to enema bag
mixing with warm filtered
water to achieve desired amount. Wash and sanitize Enema Equipment after use When expelling the enema: The best position for expelling your enema is squatting over the toilet not sitting on
it. The squatting position puts pressure on your abdomen from your thighs. It is best if you place a Welles Step and then squat down over the toilet to release your enema. |
