There are several items you will need other than an enema bag.

    Ingredients:

  1. Six Lemons
  2. 4 oz. Liquid Bentonite Clay
  3. 4 oz. Organic Coffee
  4. 4oz. Aloe Vera juice
  5. 8oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  6.  4-    MSM capsules

    Directions:

  1. Squeeze lemons into juice
  2. Brew 16 oz. of coffee allow to cool to 103º Fahrenheit
  3. Mix bentonite clay with 16 oz. of filtered water

If you need better flow control of the enema solution.  The ramp clamp is what you are looking for.
Knee-chest position with chest against floor and rectum higher than head this is a best position to receive an enema.
Insert nozzle/rectal tube tip into anus, using a lubricant (Super Salve Surgilube  Vaseline 13oz.)as needed. Anal lubrication is very important.

When bag is empty or no more fluid can be injected remove nozzle/rectal tube. If you have trouble retaining the nozzle you might want to try a retention nozzle if you are having trouble retaining the solution or both.
Some people prefer to use a retention plug after they received their enema solution and removed the nozzle/rectal tube.
Lie in each position for a few minutes, while massaging abdomen Enema Positions
Now you can move to the toilet and release the enema.

When expelling the enema:

Massaging the abdomen while expelling the enema helps move the enema solution and  gas and feces toward the rectum and out the anus.

The best position for expelling your enema is squatting over the toilet not sitting on it. The squatting position puts pressure on your abdomen from your thighs.

In many countries, toilets are made so that people squat when they move their bowels. The Welles Step positions your body so that you are squatting when you sit on the toilet. Squatting,  supports the abdominal wall and the bowel as we bear down, brings about an easier bowel evacuation in this way.
People who use the Welles Step tend to have fewer hemorrhoids, hernias,  anal fissures, varicose veins and use less laxatives.
It fits under the toilet when not in use.

It is best if you place a  Welles Step  and then squat down over the toilet to release your enema.

Enema # 5 healing implant

I use this implant recipe in my office with clients to eliminate constipation, heal inflammation of the colon, rectum and anus. This implant works wonders for anal fissures. I have found no other implant recipe more able to assist a sluggish colon to eliminate on its own or to heal the sensitive tissues of the colon. This kit includes Organic Olive Oil, MSM, Organic Aloe Vera and Peppermint Essential Oil, saving you $13.80.

Colon cleansing can be a tremendous healing modality for many health ailments, including Constipation, IBS, Diabetes, Candida overgrowth, and Allergies. Using enemas during the first days, weeks, and maybe months of your program, you will increase the speed of your healing and optimize your health. One may use colon cleansing whenever one feels the need. At the beginning of a healing regime, this may be daily. Enemas are easy to use. Enemas are safe. Enemas promote healing of the entire body. In order to learn more about enema therapy watch the excellent instruction video, All About Enemas

After your colon is cleaned out, fill your enema bag or bucket with ½ to 1 cup of Aloe Vera juice, ½ to 1 cup of Olive Oil and 2850 mg of MSM, or 3 capsules. MSM is a metabolite of DMSO and is a naturally occurring source of sulfur. MSM is a safe and naturally effective solution for inflammatory conditions and for healing tissues. Most people notice a distinct healing of their colon within a day or two of using MSM. Mix solution well. Take entire solution into colon. Hold for as long as you are able. Some can hold this mixture all day.
If you're having trouble retaining this or any enema try one of the new retention plugs.
