| Coffee enemas have become a popular and effective means of liver detoxification. An implant enema and retention enema are basically the same thing, it means injecting a solution into the rectum and holding for a specific period of time. An implant or retention enema generally uses only enough liquid to fill the rectum and possibly the sigmoid colon. Normally these enemas are 16ozs. to 1qt. of solution or less depending upon the size of the sigmoid colon and rectum. |

| A coffee enema helps to detoxify the liver, as well as stimulates the colon to
produce a bowel movement. Coffee stimulates the liver and gallbladder to produce more
bile. Bile, from the gallbladder draws out environmental and metabolic toxins, as well as
the very irritating toxins from Candida and other parasite-like organisms. These
toxins and waste are then dumped into the large intestine where they are eliminated during
a bowel movement. This faster you can move these toxins out of your body the better
off you will be. Enema Recipe (1 tablespoon. to1 cup = ( 8oz's) brewed coffee 1 tbsp. of Epsom salts per quart of water. The Epsom salts cause the gallbladder to relax so that any stones can be released into your bile duct to allow gallstones to leave your gallbladder along with bile. Along with an good diet, lots of organic butter, and a bit of olive oil, you can fully address your gall bladder needs with this enema implant. In addition, Epsom salts in the enema water work to relax the colon. For those of you who struggle to hold any amount of water, using Epsom salts in water as your solution can work wonders. Directions: Add solution to enema bag
mixing with warm filtered
water to achieve desired amount. Wash and sanitize Enema Equipment after use When expelling the enema: The best position for expelling your enema is squatting over the toilet not sitting on
it. The squatting position puts pressure on your abdomen from your thighs. It is best if you place a Welles Step and then squat down over the toilet to release your enema. After a colon cleanse with coffee enemas, you should expect to feel relaxed and rejuvenated, not "buzzed". If after completing the coffee enema, if you feel jittery, shaky, lightheaded, nervous or weak, you will need to decrease the strength of the coffee solution. |
