Large
Intestine Support Bifidonate
A number of products are made of Bifidobacterium which is an anaerobic bacteria and one
type of probiotic
which is believed to be beneficial for humans. Japanese researchers believe
bifidobacterium to be the most
important and beneficial bacteria for human health. Bifidonate powder works in the
large intestine to keep
it healthy and to help deter undesirable bacteria.
Consider the digestive tract as a sanitation device. the more bifidobacterium or
good bacteria, the less
space there is for harmful bacteria or yeast to grow unchecked. Stress, pollution or
other factors can
effect and break down the amount of healthy bacteria in our bodies. Bifidonate
powder adds healthy bacteria which has been used successfully in liver detoxification and
is recommended for use after taking
antibiotics, steroids or any other product that can remove good as well as harmful
bacteria from the system.

When expelling the enema:
You can massage the abdomen in a clockwise direction this will help move the solution back
toward the rectum and anus.
Massaging the abdomen while expelling the enema helps move the enema
solution and gas and feces toward
the rectum and out the anus.
The best position for expelling your enema is squatting over the toilet not sitting on
it. The squatting position puts pressure on your abdomen from your thighs.
In many countries, toilets are made so that people squat when they move their bowels. The
Welles Step positions your body so that you are squatting when you sit on the toilet.
Squatting, supports the abdominal wall and the bowel as we bear down, brings about
an easier bowel evacuation in this way.
People who use the Welles Step tend to have fewer hemorrhoids,
hernias, anal fissures,
varicose veins and use less laxatives.
It fits under the toilet when not in use.
It is best if you place a Welles
Step and then squat down over the toilet to release your enema.
