A cleansing Enema series entails  taking several enemas in succession.
Take one enema then expel. Then one enema after the other expelling in between to clean the entire length of the colon.

An enema series done correctly, can be as effective as colonic irrigation,  even more so, due to the additives used in the injections.

When expelling the enema:
Massage abdomen in a clockwise direction this will help move the solution back toward the rectum and anus.

Massaging the abdomen while expelling the enema helps move the solution and feces toward the rectum and out the anus.

The best position for expelling your enema is squatting over the toilet. The squatting position puts pressure on your abdomen from your thighs.
In many countries, toilets are made so that people squat when they move their bowels. The Welles Step positions your body so that you are squatting when you sit on the toilet. Squatting,  supports the abdominal wall and the bowel as we bear down, brings about an easier bowel evacuation. In this way.
People who use the Welles Step tend to have fewer hemorrhoids, hernias, anal fissures, varicose veins and use less laxatives.
It fits under the toilet when not in use.

It is best if you place a  Welles Step  and then squat down over the toilet to release your enema

Warning: Do not use enemas or laxatives if abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present unless directed by your health care provider.

Goats Milk, Frankincense and Myrrh Enema Soap

Goat's Milk, Made for Enemas, Soap (and great for all your body soap needs)

There may be no better soap made for both cleansing and healing of the body than these soaps that are designed especially for enemas, and are great for everything else!

These soaps contain goat's milk from Cress Spring Organic Farm in Wisconsin. They can be therapeutic to the colon due to the butyrate in the milk as well as to the healing fats of the olive, coconut and palm oils.

They are extremely proud of this goat's milk soap because it contains Frankincense and Myrrh. One reason is due to the fact that these essential oils have been scientifically studied and are shown to be therapeutic to the prostate. I recommend that men use this soap to make their first and/or second enema solution in an enema series. (Try Hold the soap solution for 5-15 minutes for best results.)

Women will love this soap as well. Frankincense has comforting properties that help with focusing the mind and overcoming stress and despair.* Frankincense is considered a holy anointing oil in the Middle East, where it has been used in religious ceremonies for thousands of years. More recently, it has been used therapeutically in European and American hospitals and is the subject of substantial research.

Myrrh is referenced throughout the Old and New Testaments of the Bible. The Arabian people used it for wrinkled, chapped, and cracked skin. I have found this combination of oils to be useful for people doing enemas who have Candida albicans.

Ingredients: Oils of olive, coconut, and palm; goat milk, water, sodium hydroxide, and essential oils of frankincense, myrrh, and nutmeg.
