Castile bar soap is a gentle soap that is made with coconut oil or olive oil. It can be used to cleanse the colon. Castile soap has  a slight irritant effect inside the colon so be sure to follow up with a water enema or a salt-water enema.


 

Enema Recipe:

2 qts. of warm filtered water.
Dissolve approximately 1/10 of a bar of Conti Castile Soap in the 2 qts. of water.
New organic bar soap made especially for enema's  Frankincense and Myrrh Enema Soap    Chamomile and Sage Enema Soap mixing as you add the warm water.

Then add this mixture to your enema bag, make sure that the solution has not cooled below 105° Fahrenheit.  ( You can generally find this type of bar soap in your supermarket)
2 qts. warm filtered water

Temperature 105°Fahrenheit
