Barley grass is one of natures little miracles and by itself could provide all of one's nutritional needs from infancy to adult hood.  You would be hard pressed to find anyone who could come up with a reason for not making barley grass  a part of your long term diet.  This green grass is a major anti-oxidant, free radical and contains over ten times the amount of carotene as does spinach and over 30 times the amount of vitamin b-1 as does cows milk.  Barley grass contains perhaps the most balanced nutrient profile of all green plants with a natural balance and abundance of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, amino acids, proteins, active enzymes and chlorophyll.  Barley grass powder or especially fresh grass can certainly be an effective and nutritious enema.

Retention of an enema is more important than the volume. Some people can hold their enema for hours. The longer, the better.  Small amounts will be absorbed. Volume will be dependent on experience. Daily application and gradual increases in volume is the key. Although your first experience may be challenging, you will develop the skills you need to take an enema and implant successfully. The benefits are worth the  minor trouble in learning.
