The balloon type enema nozzle is normally used for people that have difficulty maintaining control of their anal sphincter.
These nozzles are made of a non-Latex product which works well for those that have an allergy to Latex.
Insert the balloon on the nozzle into the anus just past the internal anal sphincter and then inflate the balloon.  After the balloon is inflated, pull back slightly on the nozzle to ensure a good seal.
You can use any of these lubricants on this nozzle ( Super Salve  Surgilube  Vaseline 13oz.
